Willingly Performed at Boston New Music Initiative Concert















Alex Temple’s Willingly was recently performed in a concert by the Boston New Music Initiative. Temple’s piece for flute, piano and electronics followed mimicked interviews from friends and families by following the melodic and rhythmic contour of speech. The interviews included bold emotional pulls with highly personal recollections.
