For Aurora Lawrie, performing and composing music is a way to communicate that which is impossible to say in words. The 21-year-old cellist is a rising senior at DePaul University, majoring in cello performance. Aurora also enjoys collaborating with their sister, trumpeter Viveca Lawrie, and has written multiple pieces for her.
