Week two kicked off with a workshop for our Music Can Tell a Story program. Later on, participants will have the chance to run the program for themselves with some kids at the local YMCA.
Our new recording workshop was led by Matt Koschak of Shure, and we were able to test out some live recording techniques on the spot.
After lunch, we were joined via Skype by composer Daron Hagen who spoke about Self-Publishing. Theatre Director Michael Rohd followed with a presentation on Civic Practice, which is always a highlight for us every year.
We finished the day with the College to Career workshop. Members of 5HE spoke to participants about their paths after college, and offered advise and took questions.
